We are having Monday night Yin Yoga with @catiepurcell starting March 7th at 7:15 PM along with her Wednesdays 7:15 PM Yin.

NEW CLASS
We are excited to introduce @amarie_farmer who will teaching Vinyasa all levels Saturdays at 9:30 AM starting this weekend.

Anna first discovered the magnificence of savasana during free yoga class provided at her university Rec center. She further developed her personal practice when she moved to California in 2014. She pursued her 200 hr certification through Yoga Mittra Teacher training led by Suzy Nece, Shelly Williams and Genevieve Pajulet in 2018 .
You may find yourself feeling rejuvenated and balanced after taking one of her all levels Vinyasa flows, sprinkled with a few classic jams and wrapped up with a sweet savasana.

Start the day with some self-care, beautiful nature, and outdoor yoga. We will hike along the scenic trails of Palos Verdes overlooking the Pacific Ocean. You will get the light cardio and strength-building that hiking offers, a 1-hour All-Levels Yoga Flow for flexibility and balance in body and mind, and the powerful connection to Mother Nature.
